Tanya defines herself as a 'church nerd' with a passion for creative liturgy nested in tradition, the art of preaching as contextual communication, and pastoral care as a function of community.   She has worked in many sectors (including community service, the environment, and population health) and enjoys multidisciplinary research and teaching.
