How to renew loans
You may renew the loan of a book by signing in on FindIt@Flinders, the library catalogue.
Adelaide Theological Library patrons should use their library barcode as the username and your last name as the password. Note: students with a new plastic ID card should precede their student number with ACD eg ACD1505 or ACD2014051
Flinders students and staff should use their University FAN and password.
Click on “My Account” and it will show items that you have out. Then click on “Renew” for titles as required.
Loans may also be renewed by phoning, emailing or visiting the library.
In some instances, you may not be able to renew an item, e.g.:
- The item is already overdue;
- The item has been reserved by another patron;
- The item has already been renewed four times;
Overdue notices are sent by email. Demerit points for overdue library materials accrue at a daily rate. A borrower accruing 20 demerit points will be suspended from borrowing all library material for 14 days beginning after the last item is returned. You can check your demerit points balance on the library catalogue, using the link to “My Account” in the top menu.
